Students can enrol anytime during the term, and will be charged according to how many lessons are left for that term.
Students will receive whatever lesson time is left over if tardy, and will not be reimbursed for any missed time.
Payments are due by week 3 of each term, and late payments will incur a $5 fee per week. Fees do not include the cost of books or examination fees.
If a teacher needs to change or cancel a lesson, that lesson will be rescheduled or credited. In some cases, a substitute teacher may be provided if your regular teacher is unavailable. Missed lessons (with at least 24 hours notice) can be credited to the next term or made up during the term or holidays. Make up credits are limited to 2 per term, and must be used within 8 weeks.
When enrolling in lessons, you are committing and reserving a specific lesson time. For all lessons, if less than 24 hours notice is given, the lesson will be forfeited.
Illness: If you are unwell and unable to attend, please reach out to your teacher to reschedule your lesson or to switch to an online class.

As students progress through their examination grades, prices will increase to reflect the heightened workload assigned to each student, as well as the expertise, qualifications, and experience of the teachers.
